    Aliza began her professional life working with closely with data, understandings its patterns and flows. She now uses the same analytical approach to collaborate with high growth and technically sophisticated organizations to reach their talent acquisition goals.

    Aliza holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from MIT, as well as an MBA from and Columbia Business School. She brings a keen understanding of organizational and candidate goals to every role she fills.
